Ideal for established businesses that need ongoing support with the changing needs of their business. These businesses usually have at least one live launch per year.

Important notes on retainer packages:

  • Retainer packages do not include website design or re-design, branding or re-branding, or other task-heavy projects. These will need to be billed on a project basis.
  • I do not currently offer full-time retainer packages. Each package will reserve time with me each month, dependent on the level of support you select. For example, the Max Magic Monthly Retainer includes Elevated Support, which is typically about 10 hours per week. Any hours or tasks outside of the retainer package selected will be billed at a rate of $125/hour.
  • New requests/tasks require a minimum notice of 1 business day (2 business days for the Dash of Magic Retainer package).
  • All retainer packages require a 6-month minimum commitment.
  • Autopay is required for all retainer packages.

Custom retainer packages are available upon request.
