Terms & Conditions

1. Ownership & Copyright

All content, including templates, brand kits, workbooks, and design files—yep, even the ones you customize—remain the intellectual property of Marrow Moon Creative. You get a license to use them for your business, but not to resell or redistribute them.

2. Payment & Refunds

Payments are due at checkout or as outlined in your custom contract. Due to the digital nature of my products, I don’t offer refunds—once you download it, it’s yours. For bespoke services, payment terms are outlined in the client agreement.

3. Results Disclaimer

I believe deeply in what I offer—but I can’t promise a 6-figure launch or that you’ll find your brand voice overnight. Your results depend on your effort, timing, and how aligned the offer is. I’m here to support you, not guarantee outcomes.

4. Boundaries & Conduct

This is a respectful space. If any client or user engages in abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior, I reserve the right to terminate our relationship immediately without refund.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of New Mexico. If any dispute arises, we’ll do our best to resolve it together first.
